Medieval Larp Warrior Wood & Steel Viking Round shield Armor Templar Shield

  •  Black and red shield featuring a Slavic sun symbol. Smooth shields of this style were usually placed on the sides of Viking ships to protect the raiders from the distant hail or arrows, like the famous Gokstad ship, which dates from the 10th century.
  • The shield is made out of 15mm thick birch plywood, painted, and smoothed by hand, and finished with a steel umbo. It comes with a wood handlebar installed on the back.
  • The shield can be used as a decorative wall hanger or as a functional piece for medieval reenactment, LARP or Halloween.
